I can highly recommend the work of the HeartMath Institute at www.heartmath.org and www.heartmath.com who are considered to be at the cutting edge and source of this subject.

This is really highly advanced, much-needed work that they're delving into, the relationship between the heart and the head.

We need to make our
HEART the master!

The way we do this is through coherence and alignment.

When we're in a coherent state, the head and the heart are aligned and working in collaboration and cooperation with each other.

Our vibrational frequency comes into synch with our highest purpose.

All of this has been scientifically proven.

Did you know that the heart is the first organ in the body to be developed, before the brain?

Did you know that the heart sends more messages to the brain than vice versa?

The heart has its own intelligence.

The heart has short and long-term memories.

The heart, not the head, is the pathway to the infinite consciousness that animates this body of yours and who you are at the core.

You can't think your way to awakening, but you can certainly feel your way and the portal to that is though your heart.

The heart knows best, the heart knows where you need to be and will give you those intelligent responses.

The egoic-mind will try to pull you off track.

It's based in fear, separateness and superiority, so the ego cannot be relied on to take you where you really need to go.

But the heart can.

Then when we have accepted the heart's guidance, we can call upon the intelligent mind to give us some structure, logic and a linear timeline.

It is all to do with
trusting your heart!

Ask: "Where is this message coming from?"

"Is it coming from my head, or is it coming from my heart?"

If it's coming from your heart, go with it.

Then use your intelligent mind to figure out some strategic ways and steps forward, based on your heart's desire to go in a particular direction.

It takes practice, it doesn't necessarily come easy, because we've been trained to use our head and particularly the left hemisphere to guide us, which is all about logic, analysing, making sense and planning things.

We have to forego that temporarily, so that we can be guided by the heart, that which is host to the spirit, and compass to the infinite.
